About the Role

Performance-driven and ready to earn? We’re hiring motivated individuals 18+ with a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, clean record, and reliable vehicle. This role offers salary plus performance-based incentives, with photography experience being a plus, and we provide all the equipment you need to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all images meet company standards for consistency, clarity, and accuracy

• Photograph vehicles efficiently in high-volume environments while maintaining quality

• Stage vehicles appropriately (positioning, lighting, cleanliness, background awareness) prior to shooting

• Identify and highlight key vehicle features, trim levels, and condition details

• Perform basic photo editing and color correction in Adobe Lightroom as required to meet listing standards

• Capture high-quality interior, exterior, and detail photographs of vehicles for dealership inventory listings

• Communicating with dealership personnel regarding tasks, feedback, and more

• High school diploma

• 1+ year of photography experience

• Must be personable and possess some soft skills
